Open the game panel

The game panel is where you run a server: console, files, backups, schedules and settings. It lives at gamepanel.fenixhost.net, but you do not log in there directly.

There is no separate panel login​

The panel uses single sign-on with your store account. You always start from the store, and you are signed in to the panel automatically.

Steps​

  1. Sign in at fenixhost.net.
  2. Open Servers in the sidebar. This list is the only place where your game servers are listed.
  3. Click your server to open its service page.
  4. Click Manage Server.

The panel opens on your server's Console. The breadcrumb at the top reads Servers / your server name, with the server status and the game and version underneath.

If Manage Server is missing, the server may still be setting up, or it may be suspended or cancelled. See Services.

Servers shared with you​

If someone invited you to their server as a user, it appears on the same Servers page in a group called Shared with you. Click it and open it the same way. What you can do there depends on the permissions the owner gave you.

You can invite people to your own server from the panel. See Settings.

Moving around the panel​

  • The top bar has Ask FenixAI (shortcut Ctrl K), your avatar and a Dashboard button that takes you back to the store.
  • The left sidebar groups pages under SERVER (Console, Files, Schedules, Backups, Settings), then the game group, then ASSISTANT (FenixAI). On mobile the sidebar becomes a menu.

Common problems​

  • The panel does not open or asks me to sign in: go back to the store, make sure you are signed in, and press Manage Server again.
  • I cannot find my server list in the panel: the list of servers lives only in the store, under Servers.
