Services

Every server you order is a service. The Servers page lists them, and clicking one opens its service page, where you handle billing and open the game panel.

The Servers page

Open Servers (fenixhost.net/dashboard/servers). It says "Your game servers and their billing." It has two buttons, FenixAI and New server. Servers that other people invited you to appear in a Shared with you group.

This is the only list of game servers. The game panel does not have its own server list.

The service page

Click a server to see its details: price, billing cycle, Expires at, and status. From here you can:

Free servers show their expiry and Renew, Reactivate via the queue or Connect my Discord. See Get a free server.

Statuses

StatusMeaning
Pending / Setting upYour server is being created. This usually takes less than a minute. You see "Setting up your server".
ActiveThe service is running and paid. Use Manage Server to open the panel.
SuspendedThe service is paused. See below.
CancelledThe service was cancelled. See Cancel and refunds.

Upgrade or change plan

  1. Open the service page and click Upgrade.
  2. Pick the new plan.
  3. Check Total today. The amount is prorated.
  4. Confirm.

FenixAI plans can also be changed later from the FenixAI tab on the New service page or from fenixhost.net/ai.

Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing cycle you chose (monthly or yearly). The renewal invoice is issued up to 7 days before the renewal date. Check Expires at to see the next date. To stop renewal see Cancel and refunds. If a payment fails, see Invoices and payments.

If your service is suspended

A service can be suspended because a renewal was not paid, or because of a terms violation.

  • Unpaid renewal: pay the invoice from Invoices. Your files are kept while the service is suspended, but if the invoice stays unpaid the service is eventually deleted. See Invoices and payments.
  • Terms violation: the service page shows a case number and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to support@fenixhost.net with Case # followed by your number in the subject line (for example Case #123).
