Invoices and payments

Your invoices and saved cards are managed in the customer area at fenixhost.net.

Invoices​

Open Invoices (fenixhost.net/invoices). The page shows your billing history and anything still to pay. Until you have a charge it says "No invoices found." The Unpaid invoices card on your Dashboard also lists what is outstanding.

Pay an invoice​

  1. Open Invoices and click the invoice you want to pay. You can also click View and pay on the service page when an invoice is outstanding.
  2. Review the amount. Prices include taxes where applicable.
  3. Pay by card.

Download an invoice​

Open the invoice and download it from the invoice page. Keep it for your records.

Prices and renewals​

Welcome offer: 25% off your first invoice​

Until 13 November 2026, new customers get 25% off the first invoice of a monthly plan. It applies on its own, with no coupon. On the plan pages, in the cart and on the invoice you see both prices side by side, for example "€7,50 first month, then €10,00/month", and the invoice shows the line "Welcome offer: 25% off this first invoice".

  • Only the first invoice. From the second month you pay the regular monthly price of the plan.
  • Only monthly plans. Yearly plans already have their own lower price and do not get the offer.
  • Once per customer. You do not get it if you have already paid for a FenixHost service. If the invoice with the offer is cancelled unpaid, the offer is available again.
  • Upgrading from a free plan to a paid monthly plan also gets the offer, if it is your first payment.
  • It does not stack. If you use a coupon for the same plan, the coupon applies instead. With several plans in one cart, the offer goes to the first one only.
  • Services you already have keep their price.

If the offer stops applying to your account while you are ordering, the cart tells you the price has changed so you can check it before paying.

What you pay at renewal​

Your plan renews at the regular price shown when you ordered, without the welcome offer. For example, a plan of €10,00 per month costs €7,50 for the first month and €10,00 every month after that. Your Expires at date on the service page tells you when the next renewal is due.

Renewals​

Paid plans renew automatically. The invoice for a monthly renewal is issued up to 7 days before the renewal date and falls due on that date. You will get an email when new invoices are issued, depending on your notification settings.

If a renewal payment fails, we email you the same day. If it is not paid within 2 days after the due date, the service is suspended and your files are kept while it is suspended. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, the service is deleted. For paid plans a final copy of the files is kept for 30 days. See the Terms of Service for the exact rules.

Payment methods​

Open Payment Methods (fenixhost.net/account/payment-methods). Here you manage saved payment methods for faster checkout and automatic payments.

  1. Click Add payment method.
  2. Enter your card details and confirm.

Until you add one the page says "You have no saved payment methods."

Keeping a valid method on file helps renewals go through without you having to pay by hand. You can also build up a prepaid balance: see Credits.

If a payment fails​

  1. Check that the card is valid, has funds and is allowed for online payments.
  2. Try again, or use another card.
  3. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, complete that step.
  4. If it still fails, open a ticket with the invoice number and the message you saw. Never send full card numbers.
