Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance on your account. The Credits page (fenixhost.net/account/credits) describes them as a "prepaid balance you can use on any invoice."

If you have none, the page says "You have no credits." Your balance, once you have one, is shown there.

Add credit​

  1. Open Credits in the account section of the sidebar.
  2. Under Add credit, choose the Currency. This is EUR.
  3. Enter the Amount you want to add.
  4. Choose the Payment method, which is Stripe.
  5. Fill in your Billing address the first time. We need it to document your purchase. It is saved to your account, so you only enter it once.
  6. Confirm and pay.

The billing address asks for Address, City, Postal code and Country. Company, Address line 2 and State / Province are optional.

Use your credit​

Credit can be used on any invoice. See Invoices and payments for how invoices are paid.

Tips​

  • Keep enough credit or a valid payment method so renewals are not missed.
  • Check Credits to see your balance before a renewal date.
  • FenixAI can see your credits only if you allow it. See Account and security.

Rules about refunding a balance are in the Refund Policy. If you are unsure, ask before adding a large amount: contact support.
