Billing and account
The customer area is the store at fenixhost.net. Everything about your account, your servers' billing and your support requests lives here. Running the server itself (console, files, backups) is done in the game panel.

Common tasks
- Pay an invoice: open Invoices, then the invoice. See Invoices and payments.
- Change plan or check when a server expires: open Servers, then the server. See Services.
- Cancel or ask for a refund: see Cancel and refunds.
