Discord and affiliate

Two small pages in the customer area: Discord and Affiliate.

Discord​

Open Discord (fenixhost.net/account/discord). The page explains that free servers need your Discord account linked and a place in the FenixHost server.

It shows two statuses:

  • Account: whether a Discord account is linked ("No Discord account linked" / "Not connected" until you connect).
  • FenixHost server: whether you are in our Discord server ("Link your account first" until you connect).
  1. Click Connect Discord and authorize.
  2. Click Join the Discord to join the FenixHost server.

We only read your Discord name and check that you are in our server. Nothing is posted for you.

You can also use Discord to sign in from the sign-in page.

Why it matters​

You need both steps before you can join the queue for a free Minecraft server. See Get a free server.

The community Discord is also a good place to chat with other players and find help: discord.gg/wjKy6ADHcV. For account or billing issues use a ticket.

Affiliate​

Open Affiliate (fenixhost.net/account/affiliate). The page says "Share your link and earn when people sign up."

Until you join, it shows "You have not signed up for affiliates program yet!".

  1. Enter a Code in the Signup for Affiliate form.
  2. Click Sign up.

After you sign up, share your link with other people. For the exact rewards and terms, ask support if the page does not show them. See Contact support.

Common problems​

  • The page still says Waiting: make sure you joined the FenixHost Discord server with the same account you linked.
  • I linked the wrong Discord account: open a ticket.
