Getting started with FenixHost

FenixHost is a game server host. You order a server, it is created automatically, and you manage it from a game panel with a live console, file manager, backups and an AI assistant called FenixAI. Servers run on dedicated machines with NVMe storage in a European data centre, with DDoS protection from the data centre provider included.

Right now you can get Minecraft servers (including a free plan) and, as plans open, Rust servers. Plans and prices change, so they are always listed in the store rather than in these docs.

The three places

FenixHost has three places, and it helps to know which one you need.

There is no separate login for the game panel. You open it from the store with the Manage Server button, and your store account signs you in automatically. See Open the game panel.

Quick path: five steps

  1. Create your account. Sign up on the store. See Create your account.
  2. Get a server. Order a paid plan, or join the queue for a free Minecraft server. See Order a server or Get a free server.
  3. Open the panel. In the store go to Servers, click your server and press Manage Server. See Open the game panel.
  4. Start it. In the Console press Start and wait until the server finishes booting. Read more in the Console guide.
  5. Connect and play. Copy the address from the SERVER ADDRESS card and join from your game. See Connect to your server.
tip

Stuck at any point? Press Ask FenixAI (or Ctrl K) in the game panel. It can read your console, explain errors in plain English and propose a fix that only runs when you press Apply. See FenixAI.
