Order a server
Ordering takes a few minutes. Your server is created automatically once the order goes through, so nobody has to set it up by hand.
note
Plans and prices change, so this page does not list them. See the current plans in the FenixHost store (Games menu) or on the New service page after you sign in. Prices include taxes where applicable and are shown before you pay.
Steps
- Sign in at fenixhost.net. If you do not have an account yet, see Create your account.
- Open Servers in the sidebar and click New server. This opens the New service page.
- Pick the game tab at the top: Minecraft or Rust. A FenixAI tab is there too, for the assistant plans.
- Choose a billing cycle: Monthly or Yearly. Yearly gives a 10% discount.
- Compare the plan cards. Each one shows memory, CPU and storage. Click Configure on the plan you want.
- Follow the checkout: review the order, enter your billing details if asked, and pay by card. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- After payment you see Setting up your server. The page explains that your server is being created, which usually takes less than a minute.
When it is ready, the server appears in your Servers list as Active.
Plan cards you may see
- Configure means the plan is on sale.
- Coming soon means the plan is not on sale yet. Rust plans may show this while they are not open.
- Join the queue is on the free Minecraft plan. See Get a free server.
Renewal and cancelling
Paid plans renew automatically at the regular price shown when you ordered. The welcome offer only lowers your first monthly invoice: see Prices and renewals. You can cancel at any time and the plan simply will not renew. Details are in Cancel and refunds and Services.
If something goes wrong
- The server stays on Setting up for a long time: wait a few minutes, refresh the page, and if it does not change, open a ticket.
- The payment fails: see Invoices and payments.
Next step
Open the game panel and start your server.
