Create your account
Your FenixHost account lives in the store at fenixhost.net. It is the only account you need: the same sign-in opens the customer area and, through single sign-on, the game panel.
Sign up
- Go to fenixhost.net and click Sign up in the top right, or open fenixhost.net/register directly.
- Fill in the form with your details. When asked, choose your country from the list.
- Submit the form. You are signed in and land on your Dashboard.
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for payment. Use accurate details and keep your account secure. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
Sign in later
Open fenixhost.net/login, enter your email and password, then click Sign in. You can tick Remember me, or use the Discord button under "Or sign in with".
If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and follow the instructions.
What you see after signing in
The Dashboard is your starting point. It shows cards for Active servers, FenixAI, Unpaid invoices and Open tickets, plus a Create Ticket shortcut. The left sidebar leads to Servers, Invoices, Tickets and your account pages.

- Check your name and email under Account, and review the FenixAI setting. See Account and security.
